The very clean guest room with a swimming pool/Jaccuzi and a nice patio.This unique guest room is located near Melrose Ave and The Grove. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores around us.Our insurance policy requires guests to sign the Waiver of Liability Agreement before check-in.I have asthma, so guests must be Covid-19 negative and guests have got fully vaccinated for Covid-19 2 two weeks before arrival.
