Please check out my comfortable quiet (end unit, Building #5 2nd floor) 1 bedroom condo 2 baths (818 sq ft) with views of the pool, partial ocean view, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, recently painted, new carpets and conveniently located to everything you need, the unit is airy and bright with extra windows. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and cooking utensils.My place is located across the street from South Kihei Road. Easy access to Kamaole Beach Park 3. It’s approx. a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10-15 mins leisurely stroll to nearby shops and stores. A short drive to the Wailea Shopping Center.I have a king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also a second bathroom in the living room.My place is furnished with good sheets, pillows, towels(replaced yearly), cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator and dishwasher. I just replaced the sofa cushions and foam inside so they are super comfortable to sit on.There’s a washer/dryer is located inside my unit. . A trash room is located on each floor. I have a parking spot available for your use.
