Many restaurants and shops in Japantown and Fillmore street. You can take an express bus or car ride to downtown (less than 10 minutes). Free parking in a gated lot of needed. Also close to Whole Foods, Safeway, Japanese/Indian/Korean markets, parks, and more. You can also enjoy the cute deck and backyard with a calming view of the Japanese pagoda and twin peaks.The spaceThe master bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bath with shower over tub with handheld attachment. There is also a small desk and large custom made closed with built in shelves and dresser.The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full closet with dresser. The desk is 60 inches wide and has a TV with Roku and Bose speaker that can be connected via AUX cable or bluetooth. In the middle of the wall is a 6.5 foot tall mirror that brightens the room in addition to the large windows.The hall bathroom has a toilet, 60 inch vanity, and walk-in shower with separate handheld attachment.The living room has a 55 inch TV and lots of Victorian details including large bay windows. There is a sofa by American Leather that has a full queen foam mattress on platform, which is quite comfortable.The kitchen has all the essentials needed to make coffee, tea or whatever you need. There is a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator freezer, and more. The attached dining area has a high top table and a couch that can lay flat to be a bed for a 7th person if needed.The patio in the backyard is your private space. The garden below is a common space for the other 3 units so please be mindful of the space. You can sit downstairs in the seating area and marvel at the 3 story avocado tree. The area is underutilized so it will feel like your own.Guest accessFree range of the interior spaces and the back patio.
