Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! This home is only a 5 minute ride to the big water of the Calusahatchee River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t miss walking or biking in this lovely, safe neighborhood of Palace Grande (nicknamed the “Gold Coast”.The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, etc, etc, this is a home away from home–just bring your swimsuit!While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture out of the neighborhood, you are close to beaches, a waterpark, wildlife refuges, shopping and restaurants.
