We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.The house has a very open floor plan with spacious, light filled rooms. The new kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter top. The large living /dining area provides a comfortable gathering spot for your whole group to watch movies in the evening or to watch the kids playing in the pool and hot tub.The large master bedroom suite features a coastal style king size bed, large closet, TV with Netflix and local channels and bathroom. On the opposite side of the house another master bedroom with king size bed and guest bedroom with king size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation.
