Villa 401 Nicholson Building1175 Beachview Dr. This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath Villa located in the oceanfront resort of Villas by the Sea. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for the adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies The resort offer a full restaurant and lounge.When you enter our villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a pull out sofa for extra guests. There is a sliding door leading to a patio area with seating. Our villa has tile floors throughout and mannerly pets are always welcome with a non-refundable fee. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry facilities accessible with your key-cards.
