The living room has comfy seating and a large screen smart TV, leading out to a balcony that overlooks a beautifully wooded greenspace.The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The upstairs master has a king bed, and a dedicated workspace with a printer for your use. Another balcony overlooks the greenspace. The third bedroom has a king bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The shared upstairs bathroom also has a walk-in shower. NO SMOKING & NO PETSACCOMMODATESLinens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villas by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry facilities accessible with your key-cards.***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday InnNOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time.
