Villa 454 Prescott Building1175 Beachview Dr. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath Villa located in the oceanfront resort of Villas by the Sea. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for the adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge.When you enter our villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV and sliding doors leading to a patio area with seating. Our villa has small views of the ocean, but leave the doors open and listen to the crashing surf or feel the the Atlantic breeze. There is a half bath on this level for your convenience. Our villa has tile floors throughout. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, plenty of storage for your clothes and an additional balcony. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds for the children or extra guests. There is also a small TV in this room. THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. NO SMOKING. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property.
