Enjoy this sun-splashed, spacious 2nd floor villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fantastic location at Ocean Edge resort, overlooking the golf course. Waken to the sounds of birds. Steps from the Linx Tavern which is open daily in-season for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Steps away from the Arbor pool and the Shark Bah. This beautiful unit offers cathedral ceilings, palladium windows, fireplaced living room, new sleeper sofa in living room. A/C in all living areas, 4 TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, high speed Internet, Amazon Alexa, telephone. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, new mattress/foundation for restful sleep. Second bedroom has two full size beds. Third bedroom has full size bed with new mattress and foundation. Separated bedrooms ensures privacy for multiple families or relatives. Fully applianced kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit. Beautifully appointed with a nautical theme. New kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops. There is a pack-n-play, carriage, booster seat and bed rails for the little ones. Please bring baby’s sheet and blankets. Relax there, no need to cook, your every desire will be met by the Shark Bah which is adjacent to the Arbor pool. Nothing could be more convenient for a wonderful, relaxing week. Zero driving!All on-site activities at Ocean Edge resort require the purchase of guest passes. Daily passes cost $20 per adult (16 years or over) and $10 per child (6 to 15 years). Children under 6 are free. Weekly passes cost $70 per adult and $30 per child.
