This expansive home offers 3 bedrooms reached by a sweeping staircase, plus a large master suite with a fireplace and walkout balcony showcasing beautiful ocean and canyon views. Three car garage is attached and accommodations for additional cars inside the private gate. Come explore this perfect Malibu vacation home!IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.The Neighborhood:The villa is located off a small quiet road at the end of a cul de sac.Getting Around:You will need a vehicle to get around as Uber or Lyft might have very limited availability.Other Things to Note:Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.In the case of a cancellation, we will uphold the cancellation policy that was stated at the time of booking. Please note that the “Reservation fee” is our credit card processing fee. This fee is 100% non refundable as it is a hard cost.When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items.Pre Stocking – We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.No glassware is allowed near or around the pool and spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside.Please do not send any mail or packages to the villa prior your arrival, or after your arrival. If you need to receive any letters or deliveries during your stay, you may send them to the address where you are staying. If you need to have something sent prior to your stay, you may send it to our office. We can deliver them to the property for you. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or unretrieved mail or packages.Early/Late Check-In and Late Check-out Fees:We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Our early check-in and late check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm and after 6:00pm, respectively. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches.Our check-out time is 10:00am. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it.If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, then you will need to let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this DOES NOT GUARANTEE our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether the previous guest broke something at the property, whether the property needs its scheduled maintenance, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections, whether the check-in is done outside of working hours, or whether there are any unprecedented issues. These are just a few examples of issues that determine whether or not we are able to approve an early/late check-in or a late check-out. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate.Pool heating fee is $150 per day. This home is on Propane and you can not run the pool, fireplaces, stoves, BBQ and all at the same time as it will drain the tank and it could be difficult to to have the tank refilled. The pool can not be heated more than 85 degrees. The hot tub can be heated up to 103 degrees. Both can not be on at the same time.This home is run on propane which means we do not have a continuous supply line from the gas company. There is finite amount of a propane in a tank that is stored at the property. If you overuse appliances that utilize gas the propane tank will be depleted within 2/3 days. We ask that you are mindful of this and do not run the pool heater, fireplaces, BBQ and other gas appliances for prolonged periods of times. The Propane company will receive an alert when the tan reaches 30% and will be dispatched to come to the property within 24 to 48 hours. Holidays and weekends may affect these hours.Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 bHigh Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAWYou are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited.During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless if the my were used or not – believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and above and beyond what the CDC recommends.We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. Every home offered in our portfolio is managed, inspected and operated by us exclusively. We have a robust in-house team comprised of interior designers who help make sure all of our villas are meticulously furnished, guest services concierge to assist with any pre-trip planning needs, dedicated hosts with local knowledge, maintenance personnel, and in-house stylists who ensure your villa meets our hospitality cleaning standards. Based in these standards we are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can stressful especially since most bookings happen without you ever seeing the home in person until you arrive. We take the stress out of the unknown.
