Summary:Newly listed and furnished Malibu oceanfront home located approx 8 Miles North of Malibu and within a few minute drive to some of Malibu’s most popular destination like the Malibu Pier, Country Mart, Nobu and Soho house. This villa accommodates 8 guests easily and is perfect for families. All bedrooms are located on the same floor. Enjoy Malibu at this perfect retreat. Bahia is a 3 level home featuring 4 bedrooms all located on the same floor. RH Modern furnishing throughout.IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.Guest Access:Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at Villa Bahia.The Neighborhood:Located in Southern Malibu just north of Santa Monica on the 1900 section of PCH. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It’s a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given.Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.Getting Around:Sightseeing in Malibu is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Malibu. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.
