Villa Belle Isle – heated pool, south facing, cozy interior, close to riverThis beautiful villa is only a few minutes by boat from the river and therefore perfect for eventful boat trips in the area. The location is unique as it is a quick walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. Bikes are also available to explore the area or to go to the beach in Cape Coral, which is close by.In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.The open plan living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for up to six people. The cozy interior will make you feel immediately welcome. Through the large glass doors you can access directly the beautifully landscaped pool area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge area and a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. The pool is south facing, perfect for enjoying the sun all day, and is electrically heated.Walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva. Soak up the sun and watch dolphins and fish swim by from the private tiki hutThe master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool area and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, share a bathroom. The second bedroom also offers direct pool access.The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only allowed outside.We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
