You won’t need a car, but should you decide to bring one you will have one designated spot in the parking lot.WINDWARD PARK COMMUNITY…The gated community of Windward Park is tucked away a block off Duval Street, and requires a key for access to this small compound. The resort-style community pool is shared with only a handful of homes, and is surrounded by chaise lounges that get both sun and shade throughout the day. Designated parking is provided for one vehicle in the private parking lot.THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN…As you enter VILLA CUBANA through the front door of the house, you’ll be greeted with a light-filled living area with uniquely tall ceilings, bright colors, and upscale furnishings. A flat screen Smart TV on the wall overlooks the spacious living area with plenty of seating. Off of the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the high-end tools and appliances you’ll need to whip up a meal at home (if you can resist the temptation of all of the famous Key West restaurants within walking distance, that is).
