HOUSE RULES:1) PRE-BOOKING PROCESS: To comply with local regulations and to ensure the safety of yourself and others, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT & LOS ANGELES STR CODE OF CONDUCT, WHICH WILL BE SENT to your e-mail address via DOCUSIGN. (E-contract reflecting the same rules as below).*In order to receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address.2) DO NOT BLOCK the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of guests (including children) when submitting your inquiry.> If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’.4) To comply with local jurisdiction, guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property.5) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is charged or withheld directly by the host, not via VRBO, anytime after booking confirmation.
