You will be wowed by the bright modern design, the high-quality interior design, and the very spacious living concept full of light.With 4 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen beds) and 4 full baths as well as the huge pool area, this home provides generous accommodations for up to six guests. Time spent on the large covered patio with views across pool/spa and the wide canal is always special, and you can fully experience the Florida lifestyle here. Thanks to the western exposure, magical unforgettable sunsets are guaranteed. The saltwater pool and spa are electrically heated and can be used throughout the year. The highly desirable location allows easy access by boat to the river, Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, with no bridges or boat locks. The boat lift is ony available upon request. Two bicycles are available to explore the beautiful neighborhood.Children up to age 2 stay for free. A crib and highchair are provided at no extra cost. Children up to age 17 pay half price.Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The $800 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay.
