With all ensuite bedrooms, a cozy office and a spacious great room your family will not want to leave.Sunrise and sunset views from the upper terrace and lower patio are superb. This home offers a sense of peace from start to end of each day. This home is equipped with conditioning throughout, all though at times, simply opening up the home and allowing the coastal breeze to cool the home does the job.The very spacious and bright Great Room is the heart of the home and leads through a 12 foot accordion door opening to invite easy living between indoors and the patio overlooking the panoramic views bordered by hibiscus, oleander and bougainvillea. An indoor and outdoor dining table that seats eight or more if extended, makes it easy to share an exquisite dinner with family and friends.A Skittles table (English Bar Billiards) for family competitions is adjacent to the great room mirrored by a cozy gas fireplace in the seating area with a large flat screen TV.The office has a full-size Murphy bed and is a great space to start the day for the working professionals. Once you close the laptop for the day, just step into the spacious Kitchen, serve yourself a glass of wine and start dinner for the family. A first floor king bedded junior master bedroom with ensuite full bath and sliding glass doors to a private terrace complete the first floor.The second floor has a king Primary Bedroom, ensuite Bath and a glorious private terrace as well as a queen guest Bedroom, ensuite Bath and a smaller terrace with French doors opening to that incredible view.Just 1 mile above the Santa Barbara Bowl, gives you the opportunity for a free ticket to go outside on the patio and lounge with a cocktail to listen to some amazing musicians on a Saturday night.
