This newly refreshed and fully air-conditioned, the four-bedroom and three-full-bath villa is equipped with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation that is perfect for everyone. With bright, airy interiors that open out onto the pool and lake beyond, the calming atmosphere of the home will settle in from the moment you arrive. Relax amidst peaceful lakeside scenery where ducks and otters swimming by are not uncommon!This home has a number of features that will make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, streaming TVs in each room, Premium Wifi (900Mbps), 2 adult and 1 toddler bicycles with helmets, an outdoor dining table with lounge chairs, umbrella and a BBQ grill. For those who are traveling with children, there is also a range of items such as a pack N play, baby bathtub, games and high chair.Briarwood is a 24/7 gated community located in the heart of Naples, it is just a few minutes away from picturesque beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. It is the perfect location for all your community activities. From two heated pools and pickleball to tennis, basketball, and volleyball – there’s something for everyone.
