You can reach the Gulf of Mexico with a rented boat from the in-house dock in about 35 minutes without locks.The villa has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 pool, 1 office. The living rooms offer a flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD films and a high-quality surround system in the living room. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the terrace and the canal.3 bedrooms have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with sliding doors. 2 guest rooms each have their own terrace. Master bedroom and junior room have direct access to the pool area.All bathrooms have a hair dryer and an additional shower.
