Pet fee is $100 per petPARKING-The home offers a long two car driveway as well as a garage.QUIET HOURS-Quiet hours per City of Scottsdale ordinance are from 10pm – 5am. If the police are called during these hours for any type of noise violation guests may be held financially responsible for any resulting fines.OUTSIDE VENDORS-Outside vendors may be allowed but must be approved prior to guest arrival by host.EARLY CHECK IN-Check-in is at 4pm. We offer a complimentary early check-in (when possible) of 2pm. Any check-in earlier than 2pm is subject to an additional fee due to its disruption of our cleaning schedule. If arriving prior to 12pm we suggest booking the night before.GUEST COUNT-If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation may be subject to cancellation. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed at the property, no exceptions. If a change to the guest count occurs, please contact the host prior and let them know.MUSIC & SPEAKERS-We provide a Bluetooth Sonos speaker at the home which you may connect to. Please do not unplug or move the sound system. Please do not blast the volume on the system as it can potentially cause damage to it. Guests are liable for any damage to the system. We employ noise decibel monitoring devices within and outside the home.LATE CHECKOUT-Check-out is at 11am. Late checkout is possible if approved prior with host. Any unapproved guest checkout is subject to an additional fee.*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. Turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay.
