Located on a spacious corner lot with gorgeous views over the canals. The big lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious under roof dining area. There is an out door shower by the pool as well.Villa Manatee was built in 1995 and totally renovated 2020. The Villa offers in total 1817 sq ft, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.The master bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, spacious walk in closet and direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a spacious shower, a separate bath tub, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, TV and closet space. The third bedroom has two Twin Size beds and closet space. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom.In the heart of the house you will find the spacious and open living room surrounded by the formal dinner area, the kitchen and a breakfast corner. The living room has a larger TV with DVD player including a Surround system and spacious sofa space.The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside in the lanai there is a gas BBQ-grill.The villa offers free WiFi if you want to use your own computer, tablet or smart phone.The villa has a big garage with enough space to park two cars.
