Built in 1937, this Spanish style 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the heart of the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood and steps to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs.The beautiful and artistically decorated Morrocan style home consists of just over 2000 square feet of living space, hardwood floors and custom mural like paint through out. In the main house there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, direct patio access and walk in closet. The shared bathroom has a claw foot soaking tub with European style hand held shower head. In the living room there is a decorative fireplace and TV, you can enter a separate entertainment area just off the living room to access the back pool deck area and casita bedrooms. There is a separate dining room area just off the kitchen. The galley kitchen is stocked with everything (new and vintage) you would need to entertain guest and prepare meals.The two self contained casita bedrooms are located by the pool in the back. Each has its own separate entrance door and attached bathroom, each with a custom Moroccan tile walk in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed while bedroom 4 has a king size bed and kitchenette complete with a stove and refrigerator.The manicured backyard has several areas for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family while gazing at the night sky or San Jacinto Mountains during the day. You will find several lounge chairs by the pool, seating under the covered patio of the casita and an outdoor shower around the corner. The refreshing pebble tech pool has an elevated spa that waterfalls in to the pool for your enjoyment.The swimming pool is approximately 10’x40’x5′ deep.
