Brand new furnishings and decorations were added in 2020, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere.The spacious pool area includes an electrically heated pool, a covered patio with a dining table for six, a Weber grill, and plenty of space to set up the lounge chairs. You can also use the boat dock for sunbathing purposes.Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The fully refundable security deposit of $300 will be charged together with the balance payment. Moebel und Dekor wurden 2020 komplett neu angeschafft und verleihen dem Haus eine moderne und einladene Note.Der grosszuegige Poolbereich umfasst einen elektrisch beheizbaren Pool, eine ueberdachte Terrasse mit einem Esstisch fuer sechs Gaeste, einen Weber Grill und viel Platz um die Liegestuehle aufzustellen. Auch das Bootsdock eignet sich bestens zum Sonnenbaden.Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fur zwei Gaste.
