For the boating enthusiast, there is a large dock and boat lift. Other amenities include high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, beach cooler, beach towels, bicycles, kayaks and fishing equipment.Villa Savoy is close to the Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, two full-service marinas with upscale restaurants and shops.Cape Coral beach and many other dining and shopping options, including groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc., are less than 3 miles away.Please note that there is a 20% surcharge over Christmas and New Year.Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.The pet fee is not included in the rate.An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week.
