The villa is located right at the beginning of Cape Coral in one of the most central and beautiful areas of the peninsula, ABSOLUTELY QUIET AT THE END OF THE ROAD. The villa has EXCELLENT FACILITIES and a UNIQUE CHARM, only 4 minutes away from shopping centers, doctors, restaurants, Dunkin `Donuts, etc. Attention kids! Here you can not only moor with a rental boat, but also have breakfast, with a little luck you can fish a tasty fish (fishing available) or organize a private picnic whenever you want and enjoy the wonderful view. The entire pool area with open space and lanai (covered seating area) takes up the entire width of the house and is protected against mosquitoes and other bugs by a screen.
