In addition, there is a stereo with docking station for iPhones or iPods.Relaxation is the name of the game in the villa´s 3 bedrooms, which are equipped with king-size, queen-size and two single beds. This way, both couples and children will find the right place to sleep. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second one.The kitchen boasts plenty of workspace and all the amenities you could wish for: In addition to a refrigerator, oven, stove plates and a microwave you will find a whole range of utensils and appliances like toaster and coffee maker. There are enough dishes and cutlery for the whole family – plus a dishwasher, of course.A dining table is located right next to the door separating the living area and lanai. Thus, you can enjoy your meals while gazing at tropical palm trees. Of course, outdoor dining is no problem, either, as the roofed lanai section features another table – as well as a barbecue grill you are welcome to use. How about a swim? Thanks to the heatable pool, this is possible at any weather. Sunbeds are available around the pool.For daytrips and shopping, the villa´s location is second to none: In just a few minutes, you will reach all important motorways, so you can quickly get to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island. In addition, exciting fun waits right outside your doorsteps: Only a 5-minute drive separates you from the slides at Sun Splash Family Waterpark, and 1 mile to the north, Gator Mike´s Fun Park is located.
