Description
Located at the base of the world famous Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley), this property is in the center of all the action. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (with mountain views of Shirley Canyon) sleeps up to six people and is 900 square feet. It is located on the second floor of Building 5 (with the main lobby) and is facing out of the Village and across the valley. The primary bedroom has a spacious king size bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and extra closet space.There’s a gas fireplace with a stone hearth in the living room as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 6, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. This beautiful condo is steps away from the chairlifts, gondola, and cable car. There is also FREE secure/private ski locker on main floor of our building and FREE secure, underground parking for one vehicle.Take advantage of the outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, games/arcade, on-site laundry facility, and complimentary high-speed internet. After a day on the mountain, you can stroll through the Village, hang out at one of the fire pits, grab a bite to eat at one of the many eateries, or spend some time browsing the numerous shops on the property site.We try to offer this condo for much less than what the Village management charges because we do not use their management service. We do our best to pass as much savings as we can on to all of our guests. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can sometimes be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed and only available during non-holiday timeframes.Contact us for possible discounts. Stays 5 nights or more can receive a 15% discount on the room rate and 25% for a 10 night or longer stay.For all hospitality service during your stay, you will need to contact us directly.Come enjoy the wonders of Palisades Tahoe, home of the historic 1960 Winter Olympics!Just a reminder, this is not a pet friendly property.Placer County TOT #81704
