A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.• Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.• Pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.• Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).• Please leave prior to check out time. Our cleaning team plans their schedule to allow time to have everything ready for the next guest, so there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.
