Great family location with a playground located across the street and trolley stop just steps away.Ceilings are on the low side so not reccommended for anyone over 6 feet 2 inches tall.Please note, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We believe you should not have to pay extra to arrive to a clean rental.Guests to provide sheets (full size bed and full size full out couch) and towels.
