Enjoy the spontaneity of skiing in the Winter or mountain biking andziplining in the Summer while staying in our comfortable, casual, villageside loft on Cranmore Mountain. Beautifully decorated featuring twofloors, cathedral ceilings, village side – oversized windows facing the topof Cathedral Ledge, and ambient heated floors in both bathrooms.Our sunset loft is located in the heart of North Conway right on CranmoreMountain’s Fairbank Lodge. You can relax by the fireplace or watch yourfavorite movie on Netflix. Our condo has three televisions, one in eachliving room, and one in the primary bedroom. We have a fully equippedkitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, work station, and wifi.Our home sleeps up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms and a loft, one king sizebed, a bunk bed in one room with a full-size bed, a pull-out queen sofa bedin the loft, and 2 bathrooms. We also include a pack and play for toddlersand a portable high chair.Our sunset loft is located on the top floor of Fairbank Lodge whichincludes a food pavilion, slopeside bar, cafe, retail shop, restrooms, andlockers. Relax and unwind with family and friends after a day of skiing orshopping by watching a band in Cranmore’s Fairbank Lodge. It’s only anelevator ride away from our unit. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub,gym, and private parking spot on site.Our condo is approximately a 5 minute drive to local tourist attractionssuch as North Conway’s town center. Be sure to visit the iconic Zeb’sGeneral Store, Settlers Green outlet stores, and favorite restaurants suchas Barley and Salt, the Moat, and Delaney’s.Other things to noteGuests have full access to the residence’s private entrance, ski lockers,elevators, and lock boxes. Please use private lockers for skis and anyother sports equipment. Be sure not to bring them into the condo. Thereis a large swimming pool and hot tub on site, along with an adventure parkand tubing.Additional charges will incur for any damages to the unit or privatelockers.
