The sparkling white eat in kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, contains everything you will need to prepare and serve meals for your friends and family.Villa 2 is appointed with everything needed for a relaxing, no-fuss vacation at the beach! Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are provided for your convenience. A propane grill is also included on the property in the rear of the building.Ready for a little nightlife? Hip Nautic is two blocks to the Historic Bridge Street which offers fabulous dining, shopping, and entertainment options to suit every taste.Villa 2 is located on the ground floor with a rear door that leads to a shared heated pool. There is one parking space provided in the front of the property.The total cost of your reservation includes damage waiver fee, plus all applicable taxes, and cleaning. The Damage waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
