This peaceful home is located on a 42 acre vineyard (Literally right out the sliding glass back door!) With the views of growing grapes, you’ll relax, unwind, and uncork the week away.- 0.01 miles to the vineyard, fire pit, live music (weekends only), wine store with wine tastings available- 3.7 miles to the Shawangunk Mountains- 4.5 miles to Main Street- 5.7 miles to the University of New Paltz- 8.0 miles to Mohonk Mountain House- 55″ TVs w/ streaming*Private Chef services available*Parking-The home is easily accessible with a large driveway to the left side of the house. This provides enough room for 4-5 cars to be parked. There is no area for street parking. We ask that you do not park in the grass.Keyless Entry-Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door of the home.This home is not located in a neighborhood, however is easily accessible from main roads.We recommend a car to explore all that New Paltz has to offer. Many local restaurants, shops, hiking, climbing and more can be found just a short drive from the home. We have several recommendations to provide upon request!We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own.
