With charming wood paneling, bead board, and molding throughout, guests are initially greeted by the quaint front porch entry, and welcoming living/dining areas, just inside. Due to the original 1910 construction, the characteristics of this property are charming, but still small by modern standards: the floors are slanted and the walls are thin. This property has been priced accordingly for the budget-minded traveler. It also conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.- Depending on weather conditions, there are times when this property is within the general sound range of the flight path of departures from John Wayne Airport, which begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 10 p.m.RECREATIONAL GEAR:Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers; twin rollaway beds and much more!
