Absolutely no smoking or house parties.* No fires allowed. ONLY DOGS are allowed. There is a $150 non refundable pet fee. $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on the property without our knowledge.
