Sunny, tropical condo within 1-2 miles of Sarasota airport. This community prides itself on safety and providing an interactive or reclusive experience for vacationers. Relax on the enclosed lanai or on one of the cleanest, inviting beaches that Florida has to offer.Restaurants and shopping are plentiful, as well as opportunities for cultural experiences. The condo HOA boasts a pool and interactive, low-key activities.Touring the Ringling Museum to see the Ca D’Zan is a must, as well as watching the beautiful sunsets at the New College. You will be situated a short drive to downtown restaurants, golf courses, St. Armand’s Circle, and the beautiful Lido and Siesta Key (rated #1 in the US) beaches.This is a quiet, yet active senior community. It is not limited to seniors, but it is geared toward the senior community. There is not a playground or children’s play equipment available. All children must be accompanied by the registered tenant in the pool and clubhouse areas.HOA does require a background check on all tenants, which is listed in the fee section for this condo ($200.00 per married couple). One covered parking space is available in front of the condo (see pictures); however, no trucks are permitted on the premises.
