Description
This bright and light spacious self-catering 1 Bedroom Apartment is located in a great location in the complex, with San Andres Resort having three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The resort has chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment.The air-conditioning in the Lounge easily keeps the whole property cool in the summer. Please bare in mind that air-conditioning is chargeable.- Layout -The bedroom has two twin beds. (Can be made into a double). The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, window with shutters and mosquito nets. The master bathroom has twin sinks, shower, and WC.The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need including a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob with an oven and a new washing machine.Bathroom 2 has a shower, basin & WC.The living and dining area has a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. The apartment has wonderful sea views from the living area. The terrace has 2 sunbeds and a table with four chairs & parasol.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!Pets – not allowedSmoking – not allowed
