Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.The condo is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security. This property uses surveillance cameras on the resort premises. Cameras are strictly for security reasons and guest safety and they are all facing outdoor areas.Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be charged or deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.HOUSE RULES- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises.
