This end-unit luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.Recently, the entire interior of the house was painted, brand-new living room furniture, new beds and comforters in all bedrooms and new carpeting throughout.The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely dining table that seats six.The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand-new appliances purchased and installed in April 2017 in addition to a brand-new washer & dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it’s own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a king bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks.
