If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- The pool is a saltwater pool.- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.- Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.- Only the 2nd floor of the home has A/C but there is heating throughout.- You must be over the age of 30 to book this home.- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.- The property next door is undergoing a complete rebuild.
