The kitchen has every tool and appliance needed to prepare a meal from the comforts of home. There is also a powder room located off the living room.THE PRIVATE POOL & POOL HOUSE…Just out the back-sliding doors is where happy hour takes place at “Viva Margarita!” Enjoy floating in your very own private pool with a drink in hand that can be heated in the cooler months. The pool deck is spacious, with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining set, and comfortable patio furniture. The lush landscaping that surrounds the deck provides plenty of privacy.On the other side of the pool deck is a unique pool house, perfect to escape the sun or find some privacy from a crowded house (should happy hour not do the trick.)
