Description

Sited on 12 stunning acres, you have plenty of room to roam in a sandy Joshua Tree forest with expansive views of lava buttes, all around. This 2,000 sq.ft. ranch house is ideal for entertaining and all of the rooms are generously sized. The wrap-around-porch is shaded and perfect for dinner parties. There are multiple hammocks on the property, some are shaded and others are the best for viewing the canopy of stars. Retreats and weddings welcome as there is another house, yurt & trailer on site. The Volcano Vortex Ranch Estate is one of a few structures on the property, but because the property is so expansive, guests rarely ever cross paths. Aside from this large main estate house, there is a smaller, 3 bedroom guest house, a yurt, an Airstream trailer, and a teepee. There is an authentic rodeo pen and a few ranch structures for goats and horses. A wonderful way to acquaint yourself with the land is to take the 10-15 minute hike up the ridge near the teepee. Up there, you can walk the path on the ridge line and enjoy the magnificent sunsets and sunrises. The backyard is fenced for my goats. There are two Nubian does and one Nigerian dwarf buck. There water feeder is in the pen and supplied by hose bid by the house. Do not turn the hose bid off. They are bottle babies and very affectionate. Do not let them inside the house or out of the backyard. What also makes this gem of a property so fantastic, is this all of this privacy is located just a few minutes off the main road and is close to Flamingo Heights, Pioneertown, and Yucca Valley! The large ranch house is situated with the best views in the valley, noticeable from every room in the house. The entire house is decorated with an incredible art collection and classic ranch decor. The house overall feels inspired, with a cozy and fresh ranch feel. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area, perfect for families or entertaining. The large wrap around couch is just the place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the area. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a walk-in closet, it’s own entrance, and ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, large closets and share a full bathroom. The entire house is surrounded by a fenced-in porch area, perfect to keep your pups happy and safe during your stay.Depending on the time of your stay, there may be horses in the corral. There most likely will be goats, which are kept in the rear of the property adjacent to the large ranch house, in a secure pen. The goats were bottle fed as youg and are incredibly friendly and sweet. I also own a Donkey on another property, and if you feel like spending time with her would make your trip complete, arrangements can be made for a visit 🙂
