It offers an excellent starting point: You are on the open water in a few seconds. Endless journeys through the canal system; speed limits are therefore not necessary.For boat lovers, this home is the perfect choice. It is a 10min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money’s worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy.The villa itself is located at the end of a road with no noticeable traffic. There is no more peaceful way to spend your holiday. The Rosegarden area is characterized by the most expensive and most beautiful homes of the city. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance.The villa is equipped with everything your heart desires.All technical equipment was replaced in 2020. All furniture, bathrooms & kitchen as well.The pool area is facing west and guarantees sunshine at the pool all day long and fantastic sunsets. . The pool area with large swimming pool and whirlpool can be heated separately.In the kitchen, cooking experts get their money’s worth. You can expect all the comforts of a normal kitchen here.BBQ experts will love the outdoor kitchen. You can cook while you see the dolphins swimming by.From the open living area, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the dining room you have a view and access to the pool area. The villa has 2 separate master bedrooms with large king beds. Ideal for 2 families, no parents need to miss out on the comfort of the master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed.
