Dolphins and manatees are guaranteed right in front of your own holiday home, right on the connecting piece. Boaters get their money’s worth in this house. You have very fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. You don’t have to take long tours through the almost endless canal system. You’ll be on the open water in 10 minutes. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately.Villa The View offers uniquely decorated rooms. All furniture and appliances are new.The large master suite offers direct pool access, a king-size bed, a spacious master bath. The second bedroom also has a lake view and a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a lake view and a queen size bed. Bedroom number 4 also has a queen size bed. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers, a comfortable living room, dining room and laundry room. A spacious pool terrace surrounds the crystal blue, oversized pool and whirlpool. An outdoor shower is available as well as a large BBQ grill.This location is a paradise for anglers. High-speed WiFi and Smart TVs are of course also available.Villa The View does not have a lanai / cage, it uses a mosquito spray system to keep the bugs away and allow you to enjoy the gorgeous views.
