Fire up the Barbecue on the back porch or sip a cup of your favorite brew on the front deck in this extremely quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, vaulted ceiling, split floor plan, and washer/dryer. Perfect for couples or families. Sleeps up to 6! Renew yourself in this private home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain.After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last! Enjoy the outdoor spaces in the front and back yard. There is a propane grill, a firepit, table and chairs and other outdoor seating. Relax and enjoy! We are in the heart of West Sedona and close to multiple trails, Oak Creek, restaurants and stores. The home offers beautiful views and both a front deck and back patio for guests to enjoy. Laundry room with washer/dryer is available for guests. However, please note that our cleaning people may access the laundry room from outside door to get supplies and possibly do laundry. We ask that you keep the interior laundry room door locked.We live in W. Sedona ourselves and will be available to guests as needed. Quiet neighborhood near trails and the Ambitha Stupa. Bike or ATV rentals nearby. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping within a few miles away. About 6 miles to Slide Rock State park, 4 miles to Red Rock Crossing, and only a couple miles to Devil’s Bridge trail head. Sedona has Uber and Lift available for transportation. will be renting the main home on the property.Please note that there is also a small casita (2 guests max) on the property. There is privacy fencing that separates the properties. There are also two separate drives and a private entry for each rental. The space of the living room has a comfy full size futon for the smaller ones. Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.
