This totally remodeled lower village, ground floor unit has one large lanai with a beautiful ocean view and Ekahi’s 34 acre tropical landscaped gardens. It has a lanai table that seats 6. It is located away from the roads so that you can hear the ocean not traffic.Enjoy a short 2 minute walk to Ekahi’s large main pool, pavilion and beach or take a dip in the adjacent quiet pool!! There are 4 pools on property! There’s easy access to the 2 mile oceanfront ‘Wailea walk’. You can also walk to some of the nicest hotels on Maui and enjoy their restaurants, ocean activities and other amenities including: snorkeling, diving, kayak and sailboat rentals.The air conditioned bedroom features a king size bed with blackout curtains The air conditioned living room sleeps two on the queen Murphy Bed. Both bathrooms are brand new and the master has a tub. The fully equipped kitchen features a built in fridge, beautiful granite counter tops and glass cook top. There is wireless internet, flat screen TV in Living Room and Bedroom, an iPod docking station, as well as free long distance phone calls to the US and Canada. This condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.Unfortunately the current Ekahi Board of Directors has had all grills removed from lanais following a recent grill caused fire at another Building.
