Wailea Elua #102 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the second floor, with a four-minute walk to Ulua Beach which is 400 yards away. The unit underwent a complete remodel in November 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. It has central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed convertible to two twin beds. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2. For outdoor activities, Wailea Elua #102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need to enjoy home cooking in paradise! Enjoy the golden sunsets and the incredible ocean view on this spacious and covered lanai. Come, be our guest and make self-care a priority again!The Wailea Elua is the premier ocean front property in Wailea. Situated right on Ulua Beach, it has one of the best locations in Wailea. There are miles of spectacular walking paths that follow the ocean In addition the property has two swimming pools with hot tubs. It has an ocean front barbecue/ picnic area as well as an ocean view gym. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment.Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.Longer stays require additional terms and conditions.
