Two master suites with king-size beds plus one queen-size sleeper sofa, air conditioning throughout, tastefully renovated bathrooms, and higher-end beach essentials provide every comfort. Prep gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen and relax with family and friends in the large living room. Sip coffee and enjoy your meals amidst the tropical flowers on the private lanai that runs the width of the entire unit.Our condo is located in a quiet and private spot directly across the parking lot from one of Grand Champions’ two luxurious swimming pools. Favorite restaurants, shops, and beaches are at your doorstep and the condo has everything you need for a relaxing tropical getaway.Here’s a taste of what past guests have loved about the updated condo and ideal location:• Quiet location separated from all the activity at the pools and golf course• Short drive (or healthy walk) to some of the best beaches on the planet: Wailea, Maluaka, Keawakapu, Ulua, Big Beach, etc.• Large private lanai with two sitting areas and tropical jungle views• Two master suites, each with luxury king beds (+ one queen sleeper sofa) and private en-suite baths• Gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with dishwasher, spices, and other essentials• Air conditioning throughout the condo• Spacious desk in master bedroom #1 for novel writing, Zooming, or even doodling• High speed wifi, cable TV, and Roku• Two resort-style pool and jacuzzi areas in the complex• In-unit washer and dryer for your exclusive use• Boogie boards, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and plenty of beach towels for use during your stay• 10-minute walk to The Shops at Wailea• Master bedroom #2 can be set up with two twin beds (instead of one king) upon request + queen sleeper sofaWe love spending time in this special part of Maui and know you will too!***You’ll most likely want a car to explore Wailea and other choice locations on Maui. While you can walk to a number of beaches from the condo, it’s uphill coming back and you’re in the tropics so heat can be a factor. You’ll have one dedicated parking spot directly across from the unit. An additional car can be parked in any available “Guest” spot. Parking passes can be found on the entry table inside the unit upon arrival. The top half of the parking pass should live on your dashboard throughout your stay.Entry instructions are provided via email a few days before your scheduled arrival on Maui, but we are of course always available to answer any questions in the meantime. We love sharing what we know about Maui with new visitors!
