With a queen air mattress, this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.Two large flat wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles – ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.*Base rate and outclean plus Hawaii taxes, a one time damage protection and an admin fee and resort fee per night.Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable). Cancellations that occur within less than (sixty) 60** days of the check-in date for a non-holiday reservation will not receive a refund. Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of rent or taxes or cleaning pertaining to this agreement.
