Lots of room to swim or fish from the dock or enjoy the huge shaded backyard! This property is on excellent open water of the Colorado River, easy to boat right off the lifts.DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. Must complete a Pet Agreement and provide a copy of the current vaccination records.Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
