The complex, as well as the unit, offer a woodsy, cabin like feel yet you are only 100 yards from the resort. There are only 10 units in this small complex and Ski Ranch 104 is only steps from the community hot tub.The condo itself offers an open living area with comfortable seating on a sofa (pulls out for a 2nd bed) and love seat. Sit back and relax by the wood burning stove and watch the flat screen TV. Off the living area is the kitchen, featuring brand new stainless appliances, ample storage with mountain-style wood cabinetry and 3 counter seats. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. There is also a large dining table with seating for 6 off of the kitchen.Access the private deck off the living area.The primary bedroom features a comfy, king sized bed and also had deck access. There is also a TV in this bedroom, with Roku streaming access!The full bathroom is in the hall between the living area and bedroom and offers a shower.There is a coin operated laundry room in the buildingDuring the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
