This large townhome is newly updated with an expanded balcony overlooking the pond and fountain. You’re sure to find large turtles walking about. Grab the provided beach accessories and head to Siesta Key beach for the day. Rent a pair of jet skis, charter a fishing boat or relax under an umbrella with a great book! Cable included for all 3 house-hold TV’s.Head up the half set of stairs to the upper level where you’ll find a modern stainless, solid stone kitchen stocked with pots, pans and dishes (no food items). There’s a cafe table for 2 off to the side of the kitchen plus a stacked w/d in the kitchen closet. Sliding doors allow a great view of the tennis courts. Kitchen has a pass-thru opening to make setting the dining table for 6 a breeze.Bedrooms: Master located on main level, king bed, Smart TV, large en-suite w/ his & her sinks, tiled shower, and 2 closets. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, Smart TV, sliding doors w/ view of tennis courts and closets.This is a non-smoking/vaping townhome, no pets allowed.Parking is via the parking lot (first come, first serve). Each unit is allotted two parking passes.The condo association may perform necessary and emergency maintenance throughout the property. These projects are out of our control. Parking passes must be displayed if parked in the parking lot.The pool will be closed from September 25, 2023 until October 09,2023, (weather permitting) due to new paver’s being installed.
